Ecotone Orchestra (2022 - 2025) was a sound art band that created improvised compositions concerned with making natural music for a natural world. Members included Sierra Weston, Yoshi McClear Wall, and Ben Rositsan.

Much the work interplays with false dichotomies of natural vs. unnatural, sound vs. music, electric vs. acoustic. We incorporated noise, jazz, and various experimental sound making modes into a flurry of energetic live performances. Compositions can vary from intense and saturated to warbling and sprawling, dynamically changing within minutes. 

They have played at NoiseFest Toronto, the TRANZAC Club, ponyHAUS, and Audiopollination Guelph.
